Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-10-14. ShipWithAI is run by a small independent team. Plain-language summary of what we collect:

What we collect

• Newsletter: your email address, stored with our email provider Resend so we can send the weekly digest and a welcome email.
• Submit / Get featured forms: the tool name, URL, your name (optional), email, selected tier and message. Stored with Resend and sent to our team inbox so we can reply.
• Hosting logs: our host Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP address and browser info to serve and protect the site (including abuse/rate limiting).

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites, to count page views. We do not run advertising trackers or sell personal data.

Why

Only to send what you asked for (newsletter, replies to your request) and to keep the site secure.

Retention

Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Form submissions are kept up to 24 months, or less on request.

To unsubscribe, access, correct or delete your data, email hello@shipwithai.online. Every newsletter will include an unsubscribe link.
